Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring all garment tags and protective seals remain intact.

  Attach the Label

  Securely affix the pre-paid DHL return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at a local DHL service point or schedule a complimentary collection through the DHL website using your waybill number.
